As a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician, my dream has always been to open my own skin spa to help others achieve healthy skin outside of the medical office. I have embarked on this new journey by opening Emerge SkinSpa in Mesa, AZ, where we provide a variety of customized skin care services, including facials, waxing, chemical peels, and more. Using the latest innovations and technologies, we strive to build relationships with our clients by educating, guiding, customizing, and designing a specific skin care regimen to suit their individual needs. Being able to provide a special touch and a listening ear to help change the lives of others is our goal and our passion.

Every part of my being is to make a difference...
whether it be through a smile, a listening ear, showing up, offering guidance, designing, educating, or through the power of touch. Over 20 years ago, I entered the beauty industry by becoming a licensed nail technician. After 2 years of building a full clientele, I was fortunate to spend the next 11 years as an educator for the world’s largest hand and foot beauty manufacturer, Creative Nail Design. I met and worked alongside some of the most artistic and talented nail technicians. No matter how challenging, the process of designing and creating a beautiful set of nails that would enhance someone’s life was incredibly rewarding and brought me such joy. The rigorous training and education I received guided me to my love for creating and working on beautiful canvases—not just nails, but skin as well.
My passion is to spark positive change in peoples’ lives by helping them attain healthier skin. This led me to begin my career as a skin care professional in 2004, when I went back to school to become a licensed esthetician and a certified laser technician. Since then, I have continued my professional education by attending multiple manufacturers’ training courses and learning about new skin care innovations and technologies in order to stay relevant in this evolving industry. I have honed my esthetician skills by working at a resort, alongside cosmetic and plastic surgeons, and by opening a med spa. I have also served as an educator for ZO Skin Health by Dr. Zein Obagi, the industry leader in skin health.
Dr. Eric Shreder, D.O.

Dr. Eric Shreder combines his experience as a physician with a passion for helping patients feel and look their best. Having trained extensively at the expert level in aesthetic medicine, he specializes in procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, PRP facials and more.
Known for his friendly and outgoing personality, Dr. Shreder took an interesting path into the medical field. After graduating with honors from Boston College, he learned to fly airplanes and later obtained a master’s degree from Villanova University with a degree in experimental psychology. He then took a job with Boeing, McDonnell Douglas and MD Helicopters as a cockpit design engineer, earning both commercial and flight instructor ratings along the way.
After 10 years in the aerospace industry, a personal family medical tragedy inspired Dr. Shreder to attend medical school. He completed his family medicine residency with a strong emphasis on dermatology, and has since co-owned Community Family Medicine at Val Vista Lakes, Pierpont Family Medicine, and now Aviation Medical Solutions (formerly Full Circle Health) in Mesa. With an emphasis on getting to know the whole person, he was voted as the top general practice physician in Gilbert in 2014.
Dr. Shreder has never stopped training and expanding his area of expertise. Rather than merely helping patients avoid illness, his emphasis is on being and looking well. With a belief that medicine of the future must emphasize personal fitness, neutraceuticals, and bioidentical hormones as part of an age management strategy, Dr. Shreder is a member of the American Association of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) and has trained extensively with Dr. Neil Rousier, a guru in hormone replacement.
